⚖️
CRITICAL NOTICE: Court-Kachahri operates exclusively as a technology intermediary and managed coordination platform. The Company does not provide legal advice, legal representation, professional opinions, compliance guidance, or services of any professional nature, whether in litigation or non-litigation matters. 1. General Disclaimer

1.1 Nature of the Platform

Court-Kachahri is a technology intermediary platform operated by CGS AI Tech LLP. The Platform provides the technological infrastructure, coordination architecture, and marketplace through which independent advocates, law firms, legal professionals, chartered accountants, company secretaries, compliance professionals, and other licensed service providers interact with users. The Company provides technology and coordination; it does not itself provide legal, financial, professional, or advisory services of any kind.

1.2 No Substitute for Professional Advice

Nothing available on the Platform — including but not limited to Platform content, AI-generated outputs, document templates, legal articles, community discussions, educational materials, automated services, or any communication from the Company — constitutes, or is intended to constitute, legal advice, financial advice, professional guidance, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified and licensed professional. Users are strongly and unequivocally advised to obtain independent professional advice from a qualified and enrolled advocate, chartered accountant, company secretary, or relevant professional before taking any legal, business, financial, regulatory, compliance, or personal decision.

1.3 Intermediary Status Under Indian Law

Court-Kachahri operates as a technology intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and as an online intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The Company’s role is strictly limited to providing the technological platform through which independent professionals and users interact. The Company does not participate in, supervise, control, endorse, or bear professional responsibility for any service, advice, representation, or opinion rendered by any independent advocate, law firm, or professional through the Platform.

1.4 Acknowledgement of Disclaimer

By selecting “I Agree & Continue” at any registration, access, or onboarding step on the Platform, every User confirms that: they have read and understood this Disclaimer in its entirety; they accept this Disclaimer as a binding legal document; they have not relied on any representation by the Company that is not expressly set out herein; and they understand the distinction between the Company’s role as a technology intermediary/coordinator and the independent professional role of advocates and professionals.
